Push Out

Inward and outward pressing problems occur in childhood with the first walking. When children first walk, they walk with their legs outward and their feet out from the midline. This is about the baby's hips being turned outward in the womb.

The muscles that turn the hip outwards from birth are shorter and return to normal in the 18th month depending on development. This outburst can be seen in both feet or one foot in the child. The outward pressing seen in older children may be the result of the lower leg bone or the leg bone between the knee and hip, the neck turning back. Although these are rare developmental disorders, they are important for hip health and may require surgical intervention.

Apart from these, the problems that are seen in childhood and subsequent adulthood, that the heel and side of the foot carry more body weight and that occur in the form of pressure disorders are also outcropping problems.

It is seen that the outer side edges and outer heel surfaces of the shoes worn by people with this problem have been worn before. These are the cases of pressure disorders. They can be brought to a near normal shape with orthopedic insoles or shoes with orthopedic soles.
